Logging into the Zapiens App is very easy, just follow these steps:

1. Click on “Login”

2. Write your username or email

3. Accept the “Terms and Conditions”

4. Click on “Next”

5. Enter your password

6. Click on “Verify”

Note: We advise against using your device’s autocomplete option to enter your username, email and password, as it sometimes introduces blank spaces that cause credential errors.

If this is your first time accessing the App, Zap, our Artificial Intelligence, will welcome you and offer you two options:
