If you don’t remember your password or you’d like to change it in the Administration Area, follow these steps:

1. Enter your username or email

3. Click on “Forgot your password?”

4. Enter your username or email

5. Accept the captcha “I’m not a robot”

6. Click on “Send”

7. Follow the instructions in the email we sent you with the subject: [Zapiens] - Remember password
