If different languages are spoken in your organization and you need to translate a notification, please follow the steps below:

  1. In the "Settings" section of a training, find the notification you want to translate in the notification list

  2. Click on the name of the notification or click on the "Three-dots vertical" button on the right and select "Edit”

  3. In the top menu, click on the "Add Translation" section:

    1. Select the language of the translation

    2. In the "text" section, add the translated content

  4. Click on the "Save" button

  5. A new section will appear with the name of the selected language. From there you can edit or delete the translation

  6. Click on the "Save draft" button to save the training with the "Draft" status or click on the "Publish" button to save the training with the "Published" status

  7. Click on any area of the left side menu
