What is a business administrator?


It is an access account to the Administration Area in which you will be able to manage two or more companies. 


The left side menu of the Administration Area is identical to the one displayed by an Administrator. 


The differences are:

  1. At the top right, you can find the "Select Company" bar, where you can choose the company you need to manage

  2. If you don’t select a company, the "Home" area shows the combined metrics of the companies that are managed

How to create a business administrator?


  1. Access the Administration Area with your Super Administrator account

  2. On the left side menu, click on the "Administration" area and then click on "Administrators”

  3. Click on the "Create Administrator" button and fill in the following fields:

    • User: Remember not to use a username or email that already exists in the Administration Area. If that happens the platform will return this error message: "

      Ooops! I'm just taking a little time out but I'll be back firing on all cylinders before you know it. Please, try again in a few minutes"

    • Name 

    • Surname

    • Email

    • Password

    • Confirm password

    • Companies to manage: Search and select the companies that need to be managed. Obviously, they must be previously created

    • Click on the "Save" button

However, if it is absolutely necessary for a customer, it is obviously possible to create a Business Administrator account. For example, the case of Saint Gobain Spain and Saint Gobain Portugal, where one person needed access to both companies.
