The analysis of the activity of the memorizing process is another key aspect in the knowledge management of your organization.
From the Administration Area you can carry out this analysis, using the following sources of information:
In the section “Are the users learning?”, select a period of time that interests you and analyze the evolution of the "Activity in Memorizing" at a quantitative level given:
The percentage of users who have learned a question
The number of users who have learned at least one question in relation to the total number of users who have questions in "Memorize"
The number of questions learned by users in relation to the total number of questions available in "Memorize"
Note: We remind you that the activity of deleted users is reflected in the results of this section according to the period selected.
In the list of "Completed" questions in the Administration Area you will be able to see how many people have discarded from the "Memorize" process the top failed questions that interest you.
This data can provide you with information about the quality of the question and its alternatives and/or its difficulty level or interest in learning that question.
In the Knowledge Dashboard you will be able to analyze the activity of users in Memorize, through the following sources of information:
Here, we help you understand the results:
Top failed questions
For each of the failed questions, through the "pie chart" button you will be able to access:
The list of people who have failed the question
The number of times they have selected incorrect alternatives
To access the list:
Click on the "pie chart" button
In the pop-up window, click on one of the areas of the pie chart to display the list of people
Click on the "X" at the top right to exit the window
Top learned questions
The Top Learned Questions are those questions that have completed the "Memorize" process. The approximate duration of the "Memorize" process is one month if you have correctly answered four consecutive times each question.
Remember that due to the length of the "Memorize" process, in the Knowledge Dashboard, the list of "Top Learned Questions" will not show data for a while. Modify the end date of the training entering, for example, the day you check out this information, and the evolution of the list will be shown.
For each of the learned questions, through the "Person" button, you will be able to access the list of people who have learned the question along with the number of days they have needed to complete the "Memorize" process.
Note: The data in these lists is dynamic, i.e. even if the training is finished, time will influence your results. The process of "Memorize" continues.
In the Knowledge Dashboard you will be able to download a file, in excel format, that will help you to analyze the activity of the users in "Memorize" at a qualitative level.
In our article Exporting the Knowledge Dashboard, we explain where and how you can download the complete Dashboard.
In the last sheet of the excel "Answers list", you will be able to analyze the answers at individual or group level by applying filters by email, segment values, etc. In the last column "Is memorize" filter by applying the value "yes" to analyze only what happens in memorizing.
