The analysis of the activity of the memorizing process is another key aspect in the knowledge management of your organization.

From the Administration Area you can carry out this analysis, using the following sources of information:

        Home

        Questions list

        Knowledge Dashboard

Home

In the section “Are the users learning?”, select a period of time that interests you and analyze the evolution of the "Activity in Memorizing" at a quantitative level given:

  1. The percentage of users who have learned a question

  2. The number of users who have learned at least one question in relation to the total number of users who have questions in "Memorize"

  3. The number of questions learned by users in relation to the total number of questions available in "Memorize"

Note: We remind you that the activity of deleted users is reflected in the results of this section according to the period selected.

Top learned questions

The Top Learned Questions are those questions that have completed the "Memorize" process. The approximate duration of the "Memorize" process is one month if you have correctly answered four consecutive times each question.

Remember that due to the length of the "Memorize" process, in the Knowledge Dashboard, the list of "Top Learned Questions" will not show data for a while. Modify the end date of the training entering, for example, the day you check out this information, and the evolution of the list will be shown.

For each of the learned questions, through the "Person" button, you will be able to access the list of people who have learned the question along with the number of days they have needed to complete the "Memorize" process.

Note: The data in these lists is dynamic, i.e. even if the training is finished, time will influence your results. The process of "Memorize" continues.
