Through the history of the welcome emails you will be able to modify the schedule or cancel the sending of scheduled emails. 

  1. At the top right, click on the "Drop-down arrow" button and click on the "Settings" option

  2. In the section "Register and Terms" at the bottom of the page you will find:

  3. History of welcome emails sent, with the following information:

    • Day, date and time of sending

    • Number of users the email was sent

  4. History of scheduled welcome emails, with the following information:

    • Day, date and time of dispatch

    • Number of users the email will be sent

  5. If you want to change the schedule of the welcome email, mouse over a scheduled email and the following functions will appear:

    1. Do not send. Click on this button to cancel the sending programmed

    2. Update date. Click on this button to choose a new date for sending   

    3. Send now. Click on this button to immediately send the email

  6. Click on any area of the left side menu to exit "Settings"
