If Zap doesn't know the answer

You can send the question to a Mastermind. Zap will search and find the person or people who can best help you. To do this:

  1. Select a category

  2. From your mobile device, you can add an image by clicking "Yes" or "No"

  3. Zap will tell you how many "Mastermind" it has sent your question to, and the approximate time it will take to receive an answer. In addition, if you position the mouse over the profile pictures of the masterminds you will be able to consult their names

  4. Click on "Continue"

Note: If you don't know which category the question belongs to, click on "I don't know". Zap will inform you that it has not found a "Mastermind" but will send the question to your organization's administrator.

Note: Click on the "Ask a Mastermind" button below to send the question to a Mastermind if you need to.

Note: Click on the "X" button at the top left to exit Zap.

Zap's auto-categorisation

In order to activate the predictive algorithm of the categories, that is. the auto-categorisation functionality, Zap needs to:

  1. Have at least 101 category questions about your organisation in its knowledge

  2. That each category has at least 20 questions, Zap will only propose the categories that meet this criterion

  3. When these requirements are met, the database will need to be automatically updated every day, at 00:00 CET, for the changes to be applied

  4. As you meet these criteria, Zap will suggest categories based on the keywords in your question and the related answers it knows

If these auto-categorization criteria are not met, Zap, in the App and in the web version of the App, allows you to manually search and select categories. Currently not available for Zap in Teams.
